With incredible generosity, LifeBook author Mr Alan Beckett arranged an event to celebrate his LifeBook project and promote the LifeBook experience in the Staffordshire area. This was totally unprecedented in the history of LifeBook and we were honoured to attend. He invited his LifeBook project team, and LifeBook founder Roy Moëd, to speak and have lunch with 120 of his close friends and associates.
The event took place at the spectacular venue – The Moat House, Acton Trussell, Staffordshire.
The Moat House was actually built by Mr Beckett’s son and, with his grandchildren in attendance, he mentioned how the whole event and venue were very personal and special to him. If you want to hear more from Alan, we filmed his speech in the video below.
LifeBook founder Roy Moëd attended the event and he added: “It was such an honour to be part of Alan’s special day. To see a man so humble and generous host a champagne reception, lunch and presentation for 120 people…we are truly honoured to have a customer like this …it says so much more than a Trustpilot rating.”
Alan’s LifeBook project manager Tom Harnett said: ” Alan’s autobiography was definitely one of the best I’ve worked on. Alan’s generosity and appreciation towards LifeBook have been incredible but the event in Staffordshire was on another level. It was an honour to attend this event and be interviewed by Alan for the session.”

“Never did I think that I would have the opportunity to visit LifeBook; meeting up in London was one thing but to see the place where all the action happened and where my book was put together was something quite special.”
