Following the successful start across the Sky Network, we are now expanding our TV campaign to Talking Pictures, Eden, Alibi, and TCM Movies. The creative has been done by Grainger & Wolff, production by ScubaBoy, and planning by SmartResponse.
I love telling people about my job as an editor for LifeBook. People are, without fail, fascinated by the idea and overwhelmingly positive. The phrase I hear more than any other is: “I wish I’d done that for my parents/grandparents. They used to tell me these stories and I never really listened, but now they’re gone I wish I had listened and made a not
You can hear our new radio ads on Virgin, talkRADIO, talkSPORT and talkSPORT2. The creative minds behind the spots Grainger&Wolff and the production was done by GuiltFree. A special mention to the fabulous kids in the spots, Florence, Mabel and Randy, who enabled us to record in the producers’ home studios during the lockdown.
LifeBook is back on TV with its new campaign, The Gift of a LifeTime. The first of a series of TV ads for our campaign The Gift of a Lifetime is being launched across thirteen TV channels tomorrow. Channels include Sky News, National Geographic, Discovery History, and CBS Justice.
We are very pleased to announce that we have just launched our new campaign: The Gift of a Lifetime. The campaign will be seen across TV, magazines, and print. Based on in-depth interviews with current and potential customers, the campaign is anchored around why it is important to write an autobiography.
It’s more important than ever to have positive projects to focus the mind. The team has adapted to working from home and the company has adopted a new way around dealing with the issue of social distancing: we will temporarily be switching to remote video interviews. This way, we can continue helping you writing your life stories.
All employees have moved from the headquarters in England and Indiana to work remotely, and they continue to deliver the beautiful memoirs our families deserve. In order to protect both our authors and their interviewers, we are using our video interviewing technology, allowing our projects to continue without interruption.
At LifeBook, we’re lucky that our authors often pop into our offices. It might be to see finished memoirs prior to beginning their own, to meet with their project manager, or to collect their finished books. That’s exactly what Richard did, he was keen to return to LifeBook to thank the team personally.
Andrew Crofts is a world-renowned ghostwriter, and he recently visited LifeBook. He chatted to LifeBook's founder Roy about the use of ghostwriters and the private autobiography industry as a whole. Andrew was most interested in the way LifeTime Memoirs separates the interviewer from the ghostwriter.
LifeBook's founder Roy and members of the production team went to visit Geoffrey Spriggs at his business, Spriggs Florists, to personally deliver the copies of his memoir and to interview him about his experience. He also shared the story of when he met the Queen while working at Buckingham Palace.
